Affordable Housing Ad-Hoc Meeting
When:Good Afternoon,
I have scheduled an Affordable Housing Ad-Hoc Committee meeting for Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. The meeting will be via Zoom, and the agenda will be as follows:
1. Discuss minutes from the January 27, 2022 meeting provided by David Stein. To include: Review Top Community Challenges, Top Community Priority Groups, Top Three Community Housing Types, and Other Topics of Discussion.
2. Discuss Next Steps-Use draft outline provided by Josh Lecar, NVCOG Assistant Planning Director. Determine if the outline is acceptable as presented or if changes are needed.
3. Create a final outline to move forward with a plan.
4. Review and Discuss "Notice of Grant Award."
5. Discuss "Use of Funds" and "Scope of Work" Contract with NVCOG
